Check that your phone supports eSIM before purchasing. To install your eSIM, your device must be connected to the internet. Purchase the eSim at any time. Apple users will be able to install it straight away however Android users may need to install the eSim when connected to a local WiFi Network.

Most iPhones manufactured in the last 6 years, and many newer Android devices, are eSIM compatible. Check the list below for the most popular eSIM compatible devices:

What happens if I run out of data?

If you're on a plan with a data allowance (e.g. 10GB), you will have the option to upgrade your plan or top up your data. You will be notified of your approaching limit, and you can manage your plan and top-ups online. If you're on an Unlimited Plan, enjoy worry-free browsing.

Can I use hotspot on my device?

Yes, you can use your personal hotspot with your eSIM as long as it is supported by your device and the network.

How can I check coverage in my area?

Your phone will be automatically connected to the strongest network, ensuring the best possible coverage wherever you are.

How will I get my SIM?

Our SIM is an eSIM, which means there is no need for any shipping. eSIMs are the digital equivalent of a regular SIM card. You can install your eSIM on your phone and get connected almost immediately. As soon as you complete the checkout and the subscription is active, we will send you an email with instructions on how to install your new eSIM. Some devices don't support eSIMs. You can check compatibility below.

Are there any hidden fees?

We don't charge any activation or termination fees. Regular telecom taxes and fees are applied to your subscription. The exact amount is based on your location. You'll be able to see your subscription total before you check out, so there are no surprises.

How do I know if my device is unlocked?

Your device must be carrier unlocked to use an eSIM plan. If you're unsure whether your device is carrier unlocked, you can find out via your device settings. Reference the Carrier Lock description in your settings to determine your device status. “No SIM restrictions” means that your device is unlocked. If you don't see that message, please contact customer support.

Can I activate my SIM via in-air wifi?

iPhone users can activate their eSIM in-air via in-flight wifi. If you have an Android device, you’ll need to activate your eSIM on a strong wifi network once you’ve landed in your destination.

How long will it take to get my Avios?

It could take up to 45 days from purchase of your eSIM to receive Avios.

Can I get a refund?

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not activated your eSIM. You can also request a refund in the case that the product has not been delivered to you as agreed in the terms and conditions. Please contact customer support to do so.
